When the session takes place outside of a 20km radius of Watrous, I will charge $0.70/km. This cost covers both ways.

(Example: Watrous to Nokomis = 52km

52km X 0.70 cents = $36.40 mileage)

After we have confirmed a date, a 25% non-refundable deposit will need to be paid to fully secure that date. (This is for both regular sessions AND wedding packages) Remaining payment to be paid one week before our session. Cash, e-transfer or cheque are acceptable!

From the day your online gallery is delivered, it will be available through your link for 3 months. After the 3 months, that link will no longer be usable. Please make sure to download your gallery to any devices before that time is up.

I do offer USB sticks for $10. If you decide to purchase, I will load all your images onto the USB for safe keepings!

Rescheduling Policy: I am very flexible if you need to reschedule! I get it, life is crazy sometimes. All you need to do is reach out to me or vice versa, I'll reach out to you if something comes up.

Cancellation Policy: As it may be very sad for me to see you cancel, I understand that things happen. Mentioned before, in order to secure a date you will need to put down a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. Which means that if a cancellation is needed, you will not get the deposit back. (Please see FAQ on "What is your payment structure?")

I am happy to help! Whether it's planning your outfit, finding locations or bringing a vision to life. Once you've booked with me, I can provide a style guide for the session that goes over the basic do's and don'ts of what to wear, time of year we are shooting and what to expect at our session.

Another thing I like to encourage is bringing up anything that you might want me to avoid in the session; cowlick, double chin, scars, etc. I like to avoid any photoshop to alter your body image aside from simples touch ups. That being said, if I'm aware of these concerns before the session, I can definitely help pose accordingly!
